Our Story

​​I embarked on an incredible journey by acquiring this salon six months ago. My background is unique; I was a health science before I found my true calling in the world of fashion and hairstyling. My transition from health science to hairstyling was driven by my passion for helping people achieve the best hairstyles possible. This passion stems from a personal experience, as I’ve always wanted to help others look their best, especially since I’ve had my challenges with hair due to injuries.

My journey into hairstyling started back in school when I used to cut my mom’s hair. She always believed I had a natural talent for it. However, coming from an Asian family, I pursued a career in health science, as it was considered more financially secure. I graduated from SFU with a health science degree and worked in the field for five years. Despite my success, I realized my true passion lay elsewhere.

Determined to follow my dreams, I returned to China to attend hairstyling school and further honed my skills with master colouring courses in Hong Kong. Upon returning to Canada, I was fortunate to meet my current mentor, who has been instrumental in my continued growth in this industry.

My vision for our salon is to make it the most popular multicultural hair salon in Vancouver. Living in such a diverse city, I believe in celebrating and embracing all cultures through the art of hairstyling. Our mission is to provide top-notch, personalized services to every client, helping them express their unique style and beauty.
